This is the ultimate destination for a yummy dose of chocolate dipped desserts, crepes, waffles, hot and cold drinks. This is a MUST try if you’re looking to indulge your sweet tooth.
Location: Dip n Dip, Jumeirah 3, Dubai, UAE.
This is our very first post under the Food section, so we thought, why not take off with something sweet because you know, Shubh Aarambh and all that. 😉 That’s why we chose Dip n Dip! I have been here thrice but it was Snetha’s first time and she totally loved it.
The ambiance of the place was quite welcoming with a well lit room and friendly staff. It is done with up with a red-brown-white theme with room for a lot of seating. There wasn’t much of a rush when we arrived at 7:30PM on a Thursday but by 9PM most tables were occupied.
We went as a group of 5, some of us meeting after a long time, so you can imagine the excitement that lingered around our table. We were there for hours and just lost in our bubble, so overall a great place to hangout.
What We Ate
Coming to the food, as the only option is to skip straight to dessert, we ordered:
- The Brownie Crêpe – AED 40
- The Dip n Dip Waffle – AED 45
- The Marshmallow Crêpe – AED 40
- Polo Juice – AED 20
This is the mouthwatering Dip n Dip Waffle.❤️ A classic waffle with a mix of fresh fruits (strawberry, kiwi, banana and pineapple) topped with Belgian Chocolate. The highlight of this dish is that the chocolate is drizzled over the dish right in front of your eyes. Very tantalizing! Snetha being more of a pancake person, absolutely loved it. If you are just 2 people, this item is more than enough to fill you up but with the amount of options available, you will surely want more…
That’s the Brownie Crepe; hands down brilliant, very filling and it will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth. The crepe is filled with a layer of delicious brownies and served with all three Dip n Dip signature chocolate flavors.
This is the Marshmallow Crepe, similar to the Brownie Crepe except that it’s filled with fluffy marshmallows which is halfway melted, making it a gooey delight.
We din’t get a chance to click the Polo Juice – a lemon mint blend, but it was pretty good, something citrusy to counter all the sweet we had consumed.
All this and AED 30 per head, what a great deal! We definitely look forward to go back with an empty stomach and a bigger group so that we can taste more of the items available.
It’s definitely ‘A Taste That Will Make U Smile’ : )
